This year, we plan to provide our out-of-town guests a free shuttle van service to the nearest grocery store so you can stock up on items to make your trip more economical and purchase the food items you really want for the weekend!

FRIDAY
Ballroom opens at 1 Pm for afternoon Social Dancing

SATURDAY & SUNDAY
Coffee, Tropical Fruit Salad, and Donut Holes will be available in the Pavilion Room (South Tower, Terrace level) on Saturday and Sunday from 8 Am - 11 Am.

MONDAY
"Labor Day Splash" Pool Party at Noon (not at hotel)

DAILY
Paul Crow of Action Photo will be available to take STILL photos of contestants' performances from a center position on the floor.  Contact him at the Action Photo Booth in the vendor lobby to make arrangements.
